Buying and scheduling was easy. It was used in Switzerland and Italy with no questions asked. It is the cheapest way to travel. For trains which needs reservation, a separate payment is needed but also not expensive and also easy to do. This is the best option for travellers to Switzerland and accross Europe that does not opt for rental cars.
As I was training my g was stress freee , I have managed the time very well , where I think I should spend more time I did and took the next train . That is most amazing things with the pass
We found it very good, easy to use and in seconds you have all the possible combinations with the schedules. I took it for 10 days and had no problems with schedules and train combinations. I traveled through 3 countries without any inconvenience. Although on the high speed trains you have to pay for the seats, you still have to live with the costs. Believe me you save a lot of money.

Very nice.. Perfectly guided to purchase the tickets..... Support desk sent the mail on my enquiry related to Pass Number... They promptly replied and made a timely help...
Your prompt response on my request and resolving it on the fly.. really amazed me
How fast the train travels. Never ecperienced a speed like that before. Enjoyed the sceneries.
I have not used the ticket yet but the process seems confusing and complicated and there are extra charges
Flexibility to choose as per your convenience
Of course the rail planner easy app, the comfort, on time trains etc...all good
Enjoy non-stop European adventure with this pass for continuous travel in 33 countries.

The pass is great, but the seat reservation service is very poor. I was only able to book the seats on the routes where booking is compulsory. I wasn't able to book the seats on the routes where it's optional.

I liked the one pass concept, but the app to make reservations and book seats were not clear. Getting an agent to assist me was impossible and did not happen The Robot kept asking ne fir my pass ID and last name after I entered it numerous times. I wast trying to place to pass on hold when I was not using it, but I could not located how to use the app to place the pass on hold. My experience so far is extremely disappointing
It was very helpful loved travelling with global euro rail pass
All very good, very good experience

Easy! Convenient ! Smooth & no glitches ! Fun experience
There was no way of reaching the team locally I struggled with doing the tickets and still had to pay out of pocket. It was not clear to me you needed additional reservations and had to pay for that. It was very frustrating and so decided next time would use the buses instead
Convenience and reasonable prices. The only issue in France was the office not open on Sunday to assist as we had a challenge with reservations

Global esim was awesome it switched flawlessly as I moved from country to country . I would recommend anyone travelling to more then one country to get global esim.
-- THE BEST NETWORK & SERVICE -- I visited Malaysia(Langkawi, Kuala Lumpur), Singapore and Indonesia recently for 12 Days and purchased this eSim and it worked perfectly. As soon as I landed to foreign land, it got activated and provided smooth 4G (Malaysia, Indonesia) and 5G (Singapore) networks. As it comes with Unlimited Data Plan, I was worry free using this network ON 24 hours. Thanks a lot for this.
Highly recommended! The eSIM was incredibly simple to install - took less than a minute and didn’t require any app, unlike others. The unlimited data worked flawlessly, mostly with 4G and even 5G at times. I used my phone just like I would at home. Truly an amazing product for travel. Thank you, Headout! 😊
Activated on time , uninterrupted internet also unlimited internet, in some places 4G only coming which could improve to make 5g everywhere
It was easy to use and install, and worked perfectly while I was in Sydney for the week. No issues and easy to turn off when we returned to NZ. Would definitely use again.
Hi, it took me 6 days to activate the SIM, when I contacted I received very good attention and support, but I suggest more detail for installation, at least with first time users.

It was smooth and hasslefree expereince with headout. It would be great if Headout can come up with more packages for different days. As of now only 3, 7 and so on is possible. It would be great if we could have flexibility of choosing the days.
Great product!, I used to buyy a new eSIM with limited data for each country I traveled to. Now, no more hassle, one eSIM with unlimited data and calls connected instantly in both countries I visit. If I had known about this sooner, I would have saved a lot of headaches dealing with local eSIMs. The service was also excellent!
Purchase experience was easy to navigate on the computer. Sounds like a great product but I haven't used it yet so hopefully that will be without drama. ( digital sim)
It was such an amazing feeling when I just entered another contry which in my case was Hong kong and then auckland and then queenstown (within NZ), I was having good internet connectivity and it was super easy for me to stay connected. I would highly recommend.😊
Great experience! It was my first time using an eSIM, and I was amazed at how easy and simple it is. Your unlimited data plan for travel is the most affordable I’ve found. My family and I will definitely use it for all our future trips!
1 day and half my ticket was in pending status , so I lost this time. What shall i expect?
Good network coverage, very useful when traveling.

Amazing and fast internet, thank you so much Headout once again🙏❤️
Smooth connectivity throughout the travel.
The speed did not meet my expectations Despite 5G

It was quick, easy and cost eff
A lot of dropouts through out Dubai even when sitting. 5G one moment, the next dropouts. Atleast every 5 mins
Really good. Easy to use. Will be using again in the future.
The speed of the internet is very slow
Connection is good and everyone is happy
The best esim , fast always has internet 🥰
Unintriptted network, and having great experience 👌
If you plan to travel across multiple countries or take several long-distance trips, a Eurail Pass can offer significant savings compared to purchasing individual tickets for each journey, particularly when booked at the last minute.
The option to book trains just days in advance without incurring financial penalties is a major advantage, especially when compared to the steep costs of last-minute tickets as it can be higher by 3 to 5 times.
With a Eurail Pass, all your train tickets are conveniently stored in your mobile phone. Just activate the pass and hop on a train. While some trains require reservations, the majority can be boarded without any prior booking.
Perhaps you’ve already visited plenty of popular European destinations. Perhaps you want a change of scenery, and visit underrated cities or villages and hiking trails tucked into remote hills and cliffsides.

This decision hinges on how many countries you plan to visit.

Download the Eurail map to help build your route across up to 33 European countries.
Once your itinerary is set, it’s time to select the right Eurail Pass for your journey. Decide how many days you’ll be traveling and pick a Flexi Pass (non-consecutive days) or a Continuous Pass (consecutive days). You don’t need exact travel dates right away—your Eurail Pass is valid for 11 months from the purchase date. If your plans change, you can cancel easily for a full refund.
Remember, seat reservations aren’t included in your pass, and fees vary depending on the train and route. For high-speed trains, the average price is €10-15, and for night trains, it’s around €20. Check out our Eurail Seat Reservation Guide for step-by-step instructions.
With your itinerary set and reservations made, you’re ready to start your journey.
