Exclusions
- Reserved seats
- This pass is only sold to EU residents and cannot be used by non-European travelers or in the traveler's country of residence (only 2 journeys are allowed in the home country to leave and return).
- This experience is wheelchair, pram, and stroller accessible.
- Seat/bed reservations for mandatory bookable trains need to be purchased via the Rail Planner app at an additional cost.
- Your Interrail Pass is fully mobile! Activate it in the Rail Planner App using the Pass Number from your confirmation email.
- After activation, add your journey to get a QR code ticket in the app that must be presented to the inspectors at the station.
- Don’t forget to reserve seats for trains that require bookings. Do it early via the Rail Planner app!
- You can cancel these tickets up to 180 days before the experience begins and get a full refund.
- These tickets are valid for 11 months from the date of purchase.

It was a little difficult to figure out how to make seat reservations for bernina express. But I got it sorted out. Apart from that, the Interrail Swiss pass was very easy to use. I did not have to stress about buying tickets at all. It is also a mobile pass, so that was also convenient.

This pass was such a great way to explore Switzerland. I used it to visit the Alps, Zurich, Interlaken and Geneva over six days. Sometimes the app was a bit confusing, but the unlimited travel time and money saved more than made up for it.

Buying online was easy but the app was difficult to select your specific trains. I even asked employees and they didn't know but did make every effort to try to help me figure it out. Same case with Glacier Express and Bernini Express when I was loading the tickets, it was a multiple step process and finally got it done but it wasn't simple.

Kleine Scheidegg very beautiful. The Jungfraujoch, on the other hand, was a check-in facility, as we didn't actually want to buy watches, but wanted to learn something about the railroad and the area. Who made the statue of the railwayman there?

We are a family of eight, and the Eurail Pass made our European trip incredibly smooth and budget-friendly. From the very first day, everything was easy to understand and use. Learning how to book seats and check train schedules took just a few minutes, and after that, traveling felt effortless. The pass gave us the flexibility to explore multiple cities without worrying about buying separate tickets for each journey. It also saved us a significant amount of money, which is especially important for a large family. Every train we took was comfortable, clean, and on time, making our travel days stress-free. The price is reasonable compared to alternative ways of travel. 2nd class is very comfortable indeed, no real need to overpay for 1st class.
But, one star less for unclear guide for seat reservations - I've booked seats via DBahn from Frankfurt to Paris and then checked whether I did everything corect to double check. But consultants in Frankfurt station said that I'd done smthing incorrect, and if I'm not mistaken, I booked the seats for residents whereas I'm not resident of EU. But there was no obvious way to book as non-resident.
So spent 33 euros needlessly.

This pass worked wonders and is such a great deal for anyone who wants to experience a flexible trip in Switzerland. I used this card to visit Jungfraujoch and also took scenic trains. The discounts were huge. I also found the card super easy to use.

What a AWESOME one fit pass - it made travelling in Switzerland affordable and allowed us to enjoy all of the boats/ferrys/cable cars/vaniculars/trams and incredible train routes........Switzland is an incredible country full of great transport options and this pass gave us the ability to use all of these. Even the bernina express tickets were included. You can't go wrong with this pass.
